KIMT-TV is seeking a Producer for our Rochester, Minnesota newsroom.  The ideal candidate must be organized and able to meet daily writing and editing deadlines in a high-energy working environment.  You will be creating written and video content for television newscasts, our station website and social media.

KIMT-TV is part of the Allen Media Broadcasting group, whose holdings include The Weather Channel.  Allen Media Broadcasting offers a generous benefit package and time-off plan. 

A four-year degree is required.  Previous newsroom experience is a plus.  Candidates should be strong communicators who are willing to take charge while remaining calm under pressure.

A four-year degree in Broadcast Journalism or Broadcast Communications is required. Previous
experience is preferred. Candidates must be able to shoot video and have a strong understanding
of video and audio recording basics with an eye for good visual composition.

KIMT-TV, a member station of Allen Media Broadcasting, has an immediate opening for an experienced sales professional in the Rochester, Minnesota /Mason City, Iowa area.  This position will be responsible for developing marketing solutions for new advertisers in Rochester, southern Minnesota and northern Iowa, in addition to managing an established veteran client list.  This position includes an extensive benefits package and a generous time-off plan.

A Bachelors Degree with an emphasis in Business/Marketing or Communications or a
combination of education/sales-related experience is required.
