Traffic Assistant
Work closely with Traffic Manager, Master Control, and Sales Department to make certain that commercials and programs air correctly
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior television traffic experience preferred. Excellent computer skills. Must have good telephone, interpersonal and verbal skills. Ability to multi-task under deadline pressure while paying close attention to detail. Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work closely with Traffic Manager, Master Control, and Sales Department to make certain that commercials and programs air correctly. Perform data entry of commercial inventory orders onto the station’s broadcast log via specialized software. Check for missed spots, responsible for making sure copy is in-house and attached to the orders.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
- This is a full-time position; rate of pay is hourly.
