Candidate will work in the Accounting Service Center along with the current Payroll Manager and Payroll Coordinator. Responsibilities to include:
- Process and review payroll processing for entire company (1,300+ employees)
- Preparation and customization of reports using ADP Workforce Now Comprehensive payroll
- Assists with payroll-related activities during acquisitions.
- Process garnishments with multiple orders in place; understanding the order of priorities
- Support workflows to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
- Ensure data integrity and follow quality control measures for data accuracy
- Update and maintain all station employee files via ADP Document Cloud
- Set up new hires in ADP Workforce Now
- Process terminations, increases, promotions etc., for all stations
A minimum ONE year of experience in payroll is preferred, but not required. Experience with ADP Workforce Now if preferred, but not required. Candidate must have both excellent written and verbal communication skills, as they will be required to have regular contact with all the stations. Candidate must be highly motivated and detail-oriented, as well as efficient and hardworking. The successful candidate must have the adequate computer skills to use company payroll software and methods. The ability to work together as part of a team is critical. Work environment will be shared with other payroll department staff.
Terms of Employment: This is a part-time position during regular business hours with possible required overtime during critical projects

Our producers also play an important role in newsgathering across multiple platforms including television, digital and social media.

View Job DetailsDESCRIPTION: A Technical Media Producer (TMP) is a hybrid position which includes the responsibilities of a Master Control Operator and a Technical Director. The TMP is responsible for directing live or pre-recorded productions as assigned, monitoring on-air streams, FCC logs, and ingesting daily programming/commercials. Daily assignments will include directing at least one newscast, ingesting/segmenting various long-form programs, ingesting commercial spots, loading programming playlists for the following day, and performing various tasks as needed.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Operation of Ross Overdrive automation (including robotic cameras, audio console, graphics, and production video switcher), and all supporting equipment in Production/Master Control; including the ability to effectively perform at the following: commercial/promo ingesting, satellite operation, program ingesting/segmenting, & a working knowledge of web production. Operation of Edius editing software, and studio teleprompter. Daily care & maintenance of equipment & studio. Work closely with all departments to meet daily demands. Other duties as assigned.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: Master Control and Live Production experience. Experience with production automation system like Ross Overdrive, ability to work under pressure, great communication/people skills, ability to multitask under time sensitive deadlines, strong technical & computer skills, flexibility with scheduling & job assignments, understanding of FCC program logs & all FCC broadcast regulations. Willingness to learn new hardware and software.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

The right candidate will produce weather content that is urgent, impactful, interesting and understandable to our viewers. KEZI has the latest technology to help you tell the weather story to viewers utilizing WSI Max Storm system, including MAX Reality and MAX Traffic. Knowledge of this system is preferred. This content is not only produced for television, but digital and social media as well.
A baccalaureate degree in meteorology is preferred along with 1-3 years television experience. Strong preference will be given to candidates with AMS Certified Broadcast Meteorologist seal. Must have a clean driving record. A background check and pre-employment drug screen is required.
