MMJ - Weekend Sports Anchor

Harrisburg TV, LLC; WSIL, the ABC affiliate in Cape Girardeau/Paducah/Harrisburg DMA, is looking for an MMJ who can tell compelling stories about athletes, their schools and their communities.

This is not an ESPN-ish position.  We do not need someone who spends all of their time talking about the X's and O's of a given game.   This market includes the Southern Illinois University Salukis, Thrillbillies Baseball in Marion, IL and many high school sports teams. 

Prefer anchor/reporter candidates with one year professional experience.

 

WSIL is licensed in Harrisburg, Illinois with studios in Carterville, Illinois, between Carbondale and Marion.  Carbondale is home to Southern Illinois University.
