Digital Sales Coordinator

KADN/KLAF, the FOX and NBC affiliate in Lafayette, LA, is looking for a Digital Sales Coordinator.

JOB SUMMARY:

This position is primarily responsible for the implementation and on-going management of all client online campaigns, including but not limited to sweepstakes, photo contests, quizzes, and all other implementation of orders on partner sites. The position will be involved in all aspects of client campaigns, from pre-sale to fulfillment to reporting

SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES:

Place, monitor, optimize, and report on digital advertising campaigns to achieve superior results
Coordinate with an account management team on digital accounts to ensure delivery of objectives
Using Google Analytics & other campaign monitoring tools in order to provide clients with insight about their campaigns
Maintain a daily monitoring on active digital campaigns:
- Wide Orbit-Verify orders are booked and billed correctly
- DFP-Monitor campaigns for timely delivery and suggest optimization to MSM/GSM
- Vendor Interfaces- Enter orders and produce reports for active campaigns
Keep MSM/GSM informed of any critical fulfillment/workflow issues
Review quality of campaigns to be booked before implementation
Enhance the current “workflow” to ensure the smooth transition of all campaigns: order entry to fulfillment
Suggest & recommend “optimization” to be implemented for internal work flow purposes
Examine click thru URLs and ad destination/landing pages for accuracy
Look at websites of active digital campaigns and those to be booked to ensure quality and therefore good campaign performance
Look for upsell opportunities within existing digital campaigns
- Bring these opportunities to the AE as well as MSM/GSM
Other duties as assigned by the Multimedia Sales Manager or General Sales Manager.

SKILLS PREFFERED/QUALIFICATIONS:

Proficient in MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook, and others as needed
Innovative mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Thorough understanding of selling content on multiple platforms
Proficient in data entry across multiple platforms
Outstanding interpersonal skills; a team player
Assertive, goal-oriented and self-motivated
