Meteorologist

Harrisburg TV, LLC, the ABC Affiliate in Harrisburg, IL/Cape Girardeau, MO/Paducah, KY (DMA 84) is looking for a meteorologist to join our Storm Track 3 Team.

WSIL is looking for someone who is passionate about weather and understands its daily impact on the people we serve. We need someone who can become a trusted source to keep our viewers safe and informed.

This position includes on-air weather coverage during News 3 broadcasts and storm tracking during all severe weather events. This person also works as a live weather reporter turning stories that impact our viewers during the week.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in meteorology and have a strong social media presence.

This position is full time and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
