We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Sales Coordinator to play a crucial role in our Multimedia Marketing and Sales team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize project management and internal campaign trafficking tools to schedule and process digital advertising orders and requests.
  • Manage the insertion of digital campaigns using both station and 3rd party operating systems.
  • Provide crucial support to the Digital Sales Manager (DSM) and Multimedia Marketing Executives (MME) in gathering, overseeing, fulfilling, and reporting on all digital campaigns.
  • Communicate any critical fulfillment/workflow issues to Sales Managers promptly.
  • Participate in internal sales team meetings and pre/post strategy sessions with DSM and MME.
  • Enter all digital orders into appropriate platforms.
  • Stay informed about all current and new Pulse Local Marketing digital product suite offerings.
  • Complete other assigned duties within the station. 

Digital Sales Coordinator Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Google Suite of Products, including Google Ad Manager.
  • Experience with Canva or other graphic design tools is a plus!
  • Ability to work comfortably under tight deadlines and multitask effectively.
  • Previous digital marketing experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of social, video, and other forms of digital marketing is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills are required.
