In this role, you’ll work closely with the Digital Sales Manager and support our Multimedia Marketing Executives and Sales Management as they work toward digital revenue goals. Your day-to-day work will include processing digital advertising orders, helping set up and monitor campaigns, and making sure everything runs correctly across our station and vendor systems. When issues come up, you’ll communicate them to the team and help keep projects moving forward. You’ll also take part in team meetings and jump in on other tasks as needed, with room to grow into selling digital products down the road.
We’re looking for someone who can juggle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly with teams across Wisconsin. Experience with Google Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Office—especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint—is helpful, as is familiarity with digital display and video advertising.

The successful candidate will be an innovative leader who embraces multi-platform sales opportunities with web, mobile, digital, and other opportunities to new and existing clients of Allen Media Broadcasting. We’re after the strategic, creative advertising mind that’s the driving force behind the sales.
As Digital Sales Manager, you will work in tandem with station and regional sales management and with the station sales staff in developing and executing multi-platform campaigns, facilitating growth and revenue for new media. This includes developing proposals, developing salesperson training, pricing, and packaging for our staff as well as managing digital inventory and maintaining reports. You must have excellent communication and organizational skills and look forward to thriving in a fast-paced, exciting digital and video environment.
Experience in convergence and/or internet sales, strong computer skills, and working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is preferred. Applicants must have strong oral and writing presentation skills and a college degree in marketing, liberal arts or equivalent experience in media sales or marketing preferred (i.e., TV, Radio, Newspaper or Digital).

This full-time position plays an essential role in supporting our WXOW/WQOW Sales Management Team and Account Executives. The ideal candidate will assist throughout the sales process by maintaining client contracts, entering and managing orders, preparing sales and marketing presentations, communicating with advertisers and advertising agencies, and providing overall administrative and sales support to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
This is a fast-past, high-performance environment that requires excellent attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and comfort working with numbers. Proficiency in computer applications including Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint is required. The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively prioritize work is essential for success in this role.

This is not an entry level position and requires experience in anchoring and producing.
The ideal candidate will have strong news judgement and be able to write and deliver clear, concise news stories. You must also possess the ability to work under pressure and during breaking news. A passion for journalism and local news is a must.
Our evening anchors are leaders within the newsroom. It is expected that you build morale in the newsroom and mentor junior staff. You will assist in approving reporter scripts and helping them become better storytellers.
We want you to make a commitment to the community. That includes making public appearances, and emceeing events. The ideal candidate will develop sources and make connections within the community. Some reporting and taking the lead on special projects is expected.

As a key member of the IT team, the IT Specialist will provide and perform all information technology support under the supervision of the Regional IT Manager for the stations including IT policies and procedures, equipment maintenance for WAN/LAN/VPN, wireless access points, domain controllers, Cisco VOIP phone systems and PC workstations.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Active Directory management
- Desktop support for local and remote users
- Design, implement and maintain computer/network security policies
- Work with corporate engineering and 3rd party vendors to configure, install, and maintain switches, routers, servers, NAS and other hardware and software
- Provide capital budgetary support and advice for selection and replacement of equipment
Skills preferences and requirements:
- Degree in IT related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience required
- Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA and other industry certifications are a plus
- Experience with Active Directory administration, remote deskop applications, VPN, and Google Workspace desired
- Experience in braodcast television or a related field preferred
- Experience with Imagine automation, Ross Overdrive and Vantage transcoding system a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. Occasional climbing, kneeling, and crawling may be required for cable installations. Position requires a driver's license. Travel to sister stations Eau Claire, Wausau and Madison, and other company properties is required. Typical hours are Monday-Friday; however, all engineering staff and IT staff are on call 24/7. Regional IT Manager will set after hour policies.
