You must possess at least two years of investigative experience at a commercial television news station. A college degree is preferred.

KVOA-TV in Tucson, Arizona is looking for an energetic Sports Anchor and Multimedia journalist to lead our local sports content.

This full-time position will take someone who can excel in this digital age of journalism. The successful candidate will be a great storyteller who can shoot, write, edit, produce, and anchor, along with being proficient on social platforms. Sports is more than just reading scores and reporting highlights. Your coverage must go beyond the game to tell compelling local stories. 

If you have a strong on-air presence with a credible delivery and personable style and have the ability to execute engaging live shots, we want you on our team. 

 Applicants must have:

·       A degree in broadcast journalism or a related multimedia field and at least two years of experience as a television sports anchor

·       ENPS knowledge a plus. Non-Linear editing knowledge and photography skills are a requirement

·       A good driving record

·       Must possess or be able to obtain an Arizona driver’s license.

This position reports directly to the Digital Sales Manager. The primary function of this role is to support the Multimedia Marketing Executives and Sales Managers with activities and projects to meet or exceed digital revenue goals. Contribute to the sales team's growth and professionalism. Manages digital campaign elements using various project management tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize project management and internal campaign trafficking tools to schedule and process digital advertising orders and requests.
• Entering and maintaining digital campaigns utilizing station and vendor operating systems
• Monitor digital campaigns and evaluate results to ensure optimization and ROI.
• Support Sales Managers and Multimedia Marketing Executives in overseeing and reporting on all digital campaigns.
• Keep Sales Managers informed of any critical fulfillment/workflow issues.
• Attend internal and external meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Future ability and opportunity to sell digital products and services. 

·         Requirements:

• Proficient in Google Suite of Products
• Experience with Canva
• MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, Power Point, and others as needed.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Digital marketing experience: SEO, SEM, Audience Targeted Ads, Targeted Email, OTT, Social Media Ads
• Knowledge of digital display, video advertising, email campaigns
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
