View Job DetailsYou will be responsible for effectively maintaining and increasing revenue with established clients, as well as developing new business clients. Candidate must be able to develop relationships, have strong communication and organizational skills, and be able to create and deliver effective client presentations. Account Executives at WLFI are responsible for selling television and all digital platforms (WLFI desk top, app, tablet and mobile). We will provide training in all areas to help grow your abilities and ensure success.
As a WLFI Account Executive, basic computer capabilities in Microsoft Office are a must. A background in digital sales and marketing is a plus, sales experience is preferred.

Newscast Producer / Multiplatform Journalist
WLFI-TV 18 seeks a television Newscast Producer.
View Job DetailsOur next newsroom team member will deliver news important to viewers with local, accurate, and visual content. WLFI’s newsroom is a team atmosphere and we’re looking for someone who can come in to play a pivotal role in our successful newsroom. The primary purpose is to create, lead and organize content for multiple platforms using strong editorial, journalistic, organizational and communication skills.
Key activities:
· Developing newscasts and local programs; responsible for writing, and showcasing
· Working closely with news managers and assignment editors to determine content
· Executing time-sensitive decisions
· Responsible for oversight of live broadcast
· Desktop editing
· Posting content to WLFI’s Web site
Education/Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Journalism or related field
Skills and Abilities:
· Knowledge of Edius preferred
· Excellent conversational and creative writing skills
· Must have strong communication and organization skills
· Adaptable, self-motivated and able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
